Like a midsummer night’s dream, we captured something truly magical while filming throughout the night on Vallisaari, from sundown to dawn, before taking the ferry back home.
This all-nighter, lit by a blood-red moon, left us with unforgettable memories and imagery that will always transport us back there.
The campaign film and imagery were created for the launch of Kalevala’s new jewelry collection ITU by Martin Bergström, inspired by new life growing from a seed, delicate shoots emerging from the soft soil of forests or through tiny cracks in asphalt-covered streets.
With creative concept and direction by Anne Törnroos, Tuomas Nurmi and Mikael Niemi distilled the essence of these breathtaking moments through film and photography, both shot on film. The atmosphere was further elevated by post-production from Rasmus Purola and Elias Lauronen, alongside a captivating composition by Aapeli Mattila.
